Business Manager

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, fluent in both English and Chinese, with long-term residency in Dubai; age 25 and above. At least 1 year of relevant work experience, with knowledge in marketing, public relations, and industry-specific fields.
  2. Priority will be given to candidates with relevant government-related resources and information.
  3. Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office and PowerPoint; possessing a driver’s license is required.
  4. Assist or represent the leadership in handling reception duties.
  5. Strong social networking skills, with a basic foundation in writing and excellent verbal and written communication abilities, as well as strong observation, decision-making, and innovation skills. Must be highly passionate about the job, able to handle work pressure, and take initiative in fulfilling responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Actively maintain and develop good relationships with clients, businesses, and government agencies, while also expanding the customer base and business channels through consistent networking and relationship maintenance.
  2. Conduct market research, track the development trends of the company’s products, and report findings to superiors in an organized manner.
  3. Responsible for business negotiations and coordinating business cooperation efforts.
  4. Protect and enhance the company’s reputation and positive image.
  5. Assist in communication and coordination between internal departments and expand public relations and cooperation channels.
  6. Organize, coordinate, and handle reception work for major company events.
