Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, fluent in both English and Chinese, with long-term residency in Dubai; age 25 and above. At least 1 year of relevant work experience, with knowledge in marketing, public relations, and industry-specific fields.
- Priority will be given to candidates with relevant government-related resources and information.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office and PowerPoint; possessing a driver’s license is required.
- Assist or represent the leadership in handling reception duties.
- Strong social networking skills, with a basic foundation in writing and excellent verbal and written communication abilities, as well as strong observation, decision-making, and innovation skills. Must be highly passionate about the job, able to handle work pressure, and take initiative in fulfilling responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively maintain and develop good relationships with clients, businesses, and government agencies, while also expanding the customer base and business channels through consistent networking and relationship maintenance.
- Conduct market research, track the development trends of the company’s products, and report findings to superiors in an organized manner.
- Responsible for business negotiations and coordinating business cooperation efforts.
- Protect and enhance the company’s reputation and positive image.
- Assist in communication and coordination between internal departments and expand public relations and cooperation channels.
- Organize, coordinate, and handle reception work for major company events.
